Lunchtime meetings are held at the Sandy Bay Yacht Club Board Room Hobart, on the third Thursday of each month at 11 p.m., and brethren with ideas and suggestions are welcome to attend.

Currently (April/May 2004), the PRI Committee is working on a proposal for a professionally-produced traveling exhibition of Freemasonry, which could be suitable for use in museums, public halls and functions. Inquiries are being made into the possibility receiving of Federal funds to establish the exhibition under the "Visions of Australia" program. The idea came from W Bro Greg Parkinson of St Andrew Lewis Lodge.

The Committee has been asked by the Board of General Purposes to prepare recommendations on way to best administer and use the "Advertising and Promotions" levy approved at the August 2003 Grand Lodge Communication.

On behalf of the PRI Committee, R W Bro Linton maintains an email list of Tasmanian masons, which is published from time to time in the Freemasonry Tasmania magazine. Additions, changes or deletions can be emailed to him (linton@southcom.com.au)

Should you wish to contact the Public Relations and Information Committee, email M.W. Bro. Robert Clarke at rcla468@bigpond.net.au

The document details the method of collection of  the moneys, and the ways in which the Public Relations Fund may be applied.

Lodges and individuals may submit  to the Grand Secretary ideas on how the fund can be used, and these will  then examined by Public Relations and Information Committee before it makes recommendations to the Board of General Purposes.
